They are not little (ages 19 and 17) but I am hoping that if I buy two packages they can at least take advantage of the internet, ship tour, and priority boarding. It's such a good price I wouldn't even care if we didn't do the lunch or the wine. Royal Caribbean’s Aurora Yera-Rodriguez from Guest Experience also sent a letter to booked guests addressing a system glitch that mistakenly uploaded an online package. When you have a Premier Pass on a Royal Caribbean cruise, you will enjoy priority access to a range of onboard amenities and activities. This includes priority check-in, boarding, and departure, as well as priority access to features like the FlowRider surf simulator, rock climbing wall, and more.

I've tried "packages", "package", "premier" and "premiere" and I keep getting the same great things are coming page. I know I'm not the only one failing to get the info but it is still frustrating. I wouldn't even care if I did get it then it's cancelled, I just want the option.
Royal Caribbean Refunds Guests After Huge Mistake
I bought this for myself and my wife (so I was charged $177.98) but I wonder if I only needed to buy one of them? This seems to indicate ONE package is good for TWO guests. I might call RCCL during the week to figure this out. I don't see it for either of my sailings between those dates, and yes, that price seems way too good to be true.

Travel Packages to Ireland and Scotland
Overall, the Royal Caribbean Premier Pass is a fantastic package that offers numerous benefits and inclusions to guests. From priority boarding and unlimited internet access to exclusive dining and wine experiences, this package is a must-have for anyone who wants to elevate their cruise vacation. I had to read it a couple times to be sure I understood -- it's less than purchasing internet access by itself!
If you’re interested in purchasing the Premier Pass, it’s important to note that it may not be available during all sailings, and some amenities and benefits may vary by ship and destination. The price of the Premier Pass is $88.99 for two guests, making it a great value for those looking to enhance their cruise experience. Overall, the Premier Pass is an excellent way to take your cruise vacation to the next level and enjoy exclusive benefits and experiences. Same here I have two rooms booked with my children in the other room.
Because it did not say Express on the Set Sail Pass I went through the regular line. However when I got to the first person to show my Set Sail Pass to, she said I should have been in the Express line. Is this true or was she mistaken (because I believe all Diamond Plus Set Sail Passes are purple). Has anyone else just gone through Express Check In with just a purple pass with no mention of Express? I tried calling Royal Caribbean to find out the information, but the person I talked to said I should go through the Diamond Plus line which I did not see, and I do not believe exists anymore.
I bought 2 packages and plan to talk to someone about letting the under 21 participate in all the tours and lunches (obviously the alcohol included things are a no-go). Even if they are not allowed then the savings from the internet alone is worth it. You can cancel your internet package when you board by going to see the internet person. The cost posts to your onboard account as refundable OBC.

First and foremost, one Premier Pass purchase is for two people, whereas The Key has a per-person price. After a cruise is booked, go to Royal Caribbean's site, log in to your account and click on "Cruise Planner." And perhaps the “Inside Access Tour” will be inferior to the “All Access Tour.” I look forward to hearing people’s experiences. Wasn’t available for the first leg of the back to back over Christmas, but that one is only 4 nights. Drink the champagne, use the internet, that alone is worth the $90.

Since we're so far out from the very first Icon sailing, I'd imagine that you could easily cancel your Icon sailing and only lose your deposit (if you booked non-refundable deposit). It may be a small price to pay to alleviate your stress. I would love for the two packages I booked to be honored, but I’m not going to lose sleep over it. While it’s way down on my priority list of concerns, I do understand it’s important to others.
Additionally, the package includes a Captain’s toast and photo, as well as food and wine pairing events. I'd recommend not canceling any internet you already purchased as I think the chance of them honoring this price is extremely low due to the sheer size of the mistake. You can always cancel the internet 2 days before you sail if they haven't cancelled the premier package out from under you by then. One of the most exciting aspects of the Premier Pass is the Captain’s toast and photo, which allows guests to meet the captain and take a photo with them. Additionally, guests can enjoy a wine pairing with a sommelier, where the wine is complimentary.
We don't even drink, so they can keep the alcohol as far as I'm concerned. I'd be thrilled just with the internet and the inside access tour. I just checked all my cruises - it appears available on Allure, Independence, and Navigator for $88.99 per package.
It looks like all offers may be on cruises 7 days or less. Has anybody gotten the offer on longer cruises? Whether it’s a mistake or not, I would still book it, just for the internet, if it was offered. Finally, the Premier Pass includes personalized services such as a personal laundry service. This service allows me to have one bag of laundry per stateroom done for me, so I didn’t have to worry about doing laundry while on vacation. The package also includes priority service at guest services and other personalized amenities.
They are really going to be very disappointed. If they'd just honor the champagne and internet, I'd call that a win. Royal and Celebrity's cruise planner software is the same platform. It's quite possible for a category to accidently get shared on one channel instead of another. They are already jacking up the prices for everything.
I'm on an upcoming Celebrity cruise and it's not an option. This has been mentioned a few times in the thread regarding the internet...there is no more just "Surf" for most ships, as they are upgraded to starlink, only one internet plan is offered. Its very confusing wording - we have bought x2 for our HoS trip in October, 2 adults, one cabin.
